About Us
Nikku Kids began with a simple but important question - what kind of digital content do our children truly need today?
As parents, creators, and storytellers, we found ourselves reflecting on the kind of content children are surrounded by - fast, overstimulating, and often designed to capture attention rather than nurture it.
We felt there was a growing need for something different.
Something calmer. More thoughtful. More meaningful.
Nikku Kids is our response to that need.
Our Story
We are an interactive studio dedicated to crafting story-driven digital experiences for young children - experiences that are rooted in imagination, guided by emotion, and built with a deep respect for childhood. Every story, every interaction, and every visual we create is designed with intention - to help children slow down, explore gently, and engage in ways that feel natural and enriching.
Our work blends storytelling, interaction design, and early childhood principles to support imagination, emotional growth, and mindful engagement. We believe that learning does not always need to be direct - it can be discovered through play, through curiosity, and through stories that children connect with deeply.
At the heart of Nikku Kids is a commitment to craftsmanship. We believe in creating everything by hand - with real artists, real storytellers, and real care. In a world moving toward automation and scale, we choose depth, quality, and intention.
We also believe that the most meaningful experiences for children are often shared. Our work is designed not just for independent play, but for moments of connection - between children and parents, siblings, and families.
Nikku Kids is more than a studio. It is an ongoing effort to bring back the depth, warmth and impact that stories once held in every childhood - and to reimagine them thoughtfully for today’s world.
The Team
Ravi Bhalla
Founder · Storyteller · Game Director · Creative Direction
A storyteller at heart, Ravi heads design and the overall creative direction. With years of experience in interactive media and digital narratives, he focuses on building stories that feel meaningful and memorable for children. He also shapes the larger vision of creating thoughtful storytelling experiences at Nikku Kids. Outside of work, he enjoys watching anime, offroading the wilderness, doing random craft activities with his family, and in general exploring and observing life.
Sagar Gulati
Cofounder · Production Head · Manager · Hiring
Sagar is the one who ensures that ideas come together smoothly and on time. With a strong background in managing complex projects, he focuses on planning, coordination, and keeping things structured behind the scenes. He brings a sense of order that allows creativity to flow without chaos. Outside of work, he enjoys drumming, and spending time with his little ones.
Amit Patel
Cofounder · Production Coordinator · Onboarding
Amit enjoys turning ideas into something real and workable. With experience across creative projects and technical systems, he brings different parts of the process together with ease, naturally bridging creativity and execution. Outside of work, he loves cooking, watching anime (especially anything with mythology and kung fu—though not necessarily together), and spending time by the sea, which often inspires his thoughts and ideas.
Priyanka Kumari
Art Director · Illustrator · Art Team Lead
Priyanka leads the visual world of the stories. A software engineer by education but an artist at heart, she brings warmth and personality into every frame. She enjoys exploring different art styles and constantly experimenting with new ideas. Outside of work, she loves tender coconut ice cream, yoga, reading, spending cozy time with her husband, and making a conscious effort to create more space for off-screen activities.
Abhishek Kale
Art Production Coordinator · Graphic Design · Video Editor · Web
Abhishek blends creativity with technology to shape meaningful digital visuals. With years of experience in design and visual content, he supports the team across graphics, video, and production workflows. He enjoys bringing clarity and polish to everything he works on. Outside of work, he enjoys playing volleyball and staying active.
Hemant Maharana
Senior 2D Artist · Colouring
Hemant adds life and depth to visuals through his work in colouring. He enjoys learning about a wide range of topics and often draws inspiration from history, stories, and the world around us. His curiosity reflects in the details he brings to each piece. Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies and exploring different perspectives through storytelling.
Ramesh Sonawane
2D Animator
Ramesh brings characters to life through animation. He enjoys experimenting with movement and trying out new creative ideas that make stories feel more expressive. His work adds energy and emotion to every scene. Outside of work, he enjoys watching animated movies, following cricket, and exploring photography.
Durgesh Patil
Unity Developer
Durgesh enjoys building interactive experiences and turning ideas into playable moments. He focuses on creating smooth and engaging interactions, making sure everything works seamlessly behind the scenes. He is always exploring better ways to build and improve. Outside of work, he enjoys playing games, exploring nature, and learning new things.
Sachin Vinkare
2D Artist · Colouring · Line Art
Sachin is a 2D artist who enjoys working across different styles and formats. With experience in comics and animation, he contributes to line art and colouring with a keen eye for detail. He enjoys experimenting and evolving his artistic approach. Outside of work, he enjoys playing chess, reading and watching animated films.
Harshada More
2D Artist · Colouring · Line Art
Harshada’s journey into art began with a love for drawing, which continues to shape her work today. She focuses on digital painting, environments, and character design, bringing a gentle visual sensibility to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and exploring creativity beyond the screen.
